 UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC BEING SUPPLIED FROM AN FPL
 POLE/TRANSFORMER THAT IS LOCATED ON PRIVATE PROPERTY ON
 THE EAST SIDE OF S. DIXIE HIGHWAY. THE SURVEY NEEDS TO
 SHOW THAT THE AREA WHERE YOU PLAN TO PULL POWER FROM
 ACROSS PRIVATE PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN A UTILITY
 EASEMENT. IF NO EASEMENT IS PRESENT POWER WILL HAVE TO
 BE DRAWN FROM AN ALTERNATIVE LOCATION.
  
 ***PLEASE NOTE, ZONING WILL NOT PASS THIS REVIEW
 WITHOUT FURTHER CLARIFYING THIS CONDITION AND
 IDENTIFYING CONNECTION IS MADE WITHIN AN EASEMENT OR
 FROM A POLE THAT IS WITHIN THE ROW.***
  
 2. ON PAGE 003 WHERE THE PROPOSED POLE IS LOCATED,
 PLEASE PROVIDE AT LEAST A 5 FT. CLEARANCE FROM THE
 PROPOSED EXCAVATION WORK TO THE TREE PIT. (8 FT. FROM
 TRUNK OF TREE TO PROPOSED EXCAVATION OR
 TRENCH/HANDHOLE). WORK RISKS IMPACT TO ROOT SYSTEMS OF
