 PREPARED BY LICENSED ARCHITECT. MR. SCARLETT WAS TOLD
 ON 01/10/23 THAT PLANS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 481.229 F.S
  
  
 01/10/23 MET WITH FLOYD SCARLETT TO GO OVER SCOPE.
 BASED ON ALL THE PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK AND VALUE, IT
 WAS EXPLAINED TO MR. SCARLETT THAT THE PLANS NEED TO BE
 DONE BY ARCHITECT AND COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED. JG.
