 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A1.0:
 1A) THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS THE RESTROOM WITH A INSWING
 DOOR. . PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 603.2.3. DOORS SHALL NOT
 SWING INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE OR CLEARANCES REQUIRED
 FOR ANY FIXTURE. DOORS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO SWING INTO
 THE REQUIRED TURNING SPACE. PLEASE SEE EXCEPTION 2.
 WHERE TOILET ROOMS ARE FOR INDIVIDUAL USE AND A CLEAR
 FLOORS SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305.3 IS PROVIDED WITHIN
 THE ROOM BEYOND THE ARC OF THE DOOR SWING. WHAT IS
 MISSING IS THE REQUIRED 30X48 INCH CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 BEYOND THE ARC OF THE DOOR. USUALLY AT A 45% ANGLE TO
 THE DOOR ENTRANCE.
  
 1B) THE BUSINESS OFFICE SHOWS A HIGH/LOW DRINKING
 FOUNTAIN. THE ARE NO DETAILS/ ELEVATION VIEW SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH PROTRUSION LIMITS 307.2. OBJECTS WITH
 LEADING EDGES MORE THAN 27 INCHES AND NOT MORE THAN 80
 INCHES ABOVE THE FLOOR SHALL NOT PROTRUDE MORE THAN 4
 INCHES HORIZONTALLY INTO THE CIRCULATION PATH.
  
 1C) THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS THE ACTIVE RESTROOM NOT A
 DISPLAY AND WHAT APPEARS TO BE A DOOR INTO A STAIRWELL.
 IS THIS DOOR TO BE ACTIVE ENTRY FROM THE STAIRWELL
 SIDE? TOILET ROOM PRIVACY ARE CONCERNS. 2020 WEST PALM
 BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER
 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO
 INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 1D) BUILDING PROVISO: ACTIVE KITCHEN DISPLAY,
 COUNTERTOP HEIGHTS MAY VARY FOR FAIR HOUSING AND OR
 FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY.
 2) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
