 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED
 2) PLEASE REVIEW THE SUBMITTED (UPLOADED) PLAN AND
 LABELING. EXAMPLE THE UPLOADED LIFE SAFETY PLAN IS
 ACTUALLY THE M1-0 PLAN. THE E-1.0 IS ACTUALLY
 ELEVATIONS. . A-3.0 IS LABELED THE ELEVATIONS BUT IS
 ACTUALLY E-1.0, ETC???
 DISCREPANCY IN PLANS. 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
  
 3) THERE IS NO EXISTING FLOOR PLAN SHEET A-2.0 SHOWS
 THE PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN WITH THE PROPOSED BEDROOMS 3 &
 4 WHAT WERE THESE AREAS PREVIOUSLY USED AS? WITH THE
 NEW PROPOSED USE, THE PROPERTY LINE IS LISTED AS 2FEET
 2 INCHES. THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE TABLE 602
 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING REQUIREMENTS FOR EXTERIOR WALLS
 BASED ON DISTANCE & TABLE 705.8 MAXIMUM AREA OF
 EXTERIOR WALL OPENINGS BASED ON FIRE SEPARATION
 DISTANCE AND DEGREE OF OPENING PROTECTION. THIS SAME
 WALL THE SURVEY SHOWS APPROXIMATELY 9 FEET FROM THE

 BOARD IS USED FOR INTERIOR WALLS AND CEILINGS. GYPSUM
 SHEATHING IS FOR EXTERIOR USE WITH A STUCCO OR SIMILAR
 FINISH PRODUCT. PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE THE FRAMING SINCE
 THIS IS AN EXTERIOR ELEMENT, 170 VULT WIND SPEED.

 A SMOOTH HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE. 1210.2.2 WALLS &
 PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF SERVICE SINKS, URINALS, AND
 WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD, NON-ABSORBENT
 SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 4 FEET ABOVE THE
 FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS, THE MATERIAL
