 1- PROPOSED WORK AFFECTS THE LOT DRAINAGE. PROVIDE
 DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING HOW THE SURFACE DRAINAGE IS KEPT
 WITHIN THE LOT AND NOT DIVERTED TO ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
 PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE

 CALLS FOR DETAIL 2/S-3. THERE IS NO DETAIL 2/S-3 BUT
 THERE IS DETAIL 1-S-3 FOR RAKE BEAM. REVISE/CLARIFY AS
 REQUIRED AND CORRECT DETAIL NUMBER IF USING RAKE BEAM
 DETAIL. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 B) WIND RESISTANCE OF EXTERIOR SOFFITS: ENGINEER OF
 RECORD TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS

 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH ASTM C1063 (SEE TABLE 3 OF ASTM

 C) ATTIC VENTILATION CALCULATIONS CALL FOR SOFFIT VENTS
 AND RIDGE VENTS. CLEARLY SPECIFY SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 VENTS. NOTE: TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON SHEET S-3 CALL FOR
 CONTINUOUS SOFFIT VENT. SPECIFY SIZE OF SOFFIT VENT AND
 SPECIFY SIZE AND LOCATION OF RIDGE VENTS ON THE ROOF
 FRAMING PLAN.

 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 13- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $118,287.00. THE
 PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $753.83
