 1) I CANNOT DO A COMPLETE REVIEW UNTIL A COMPLETE
 DESIGN FOR THIS TENANT IS DESIGNED AND SUBMITTED.
  
 2) THE PERMIT APPLICATION SHOULD REFLECT WHAT IS BEING
 BROUGHT INTO THIS TENANT SPACE. CORRECT THE
 APPLICATION.
  
 3) PROVIDE A COMPLETE MECHANICAL DESIGN FOR THIS NEW
 TENANT. THE UPSTAIRS WAS FOR THE LIVE AND THE MAIN
 FLOOR WAS FOR THE BUSINESS. IT APPEARS THAT NOW THE
 ENTIRE TENANT SPACE IS TO BE A BEAUTY SALON WITH
 MANICURE STATIONS. THIS REQUIRES MORE EXHAUST THAN THE
 ORIGINAL DESIGN OF THIS SPACE HAS NOW. FBC 107.3.5
  
 PROVIDE THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SIZING FOR THIS CHANGE
 OF USE. PROVIDE A COMPLETE EXHAUST DESIGN FOR THE
 MANICURE STATIONS. IS THERE TO BE PEDICURE STATIONS AS
 WELL? IF SO SHOW THE DESIGN FOR THIS AS WELL.
 502.20 MANICURE AND PEDICURE STATIONS. MANICURE AND
 PEDICURE STATIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH AN EXHAUST
 SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH TABLE 403.3.1.1, NOTE H.
 MANICURE TABLES AND PEDICURE STATIONS NOT PROVIDED WITH
 FACTORY-INSTALLED EXHAUST INLETS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH
 EXHAUST INLETS LOCATED NOT MORE THAN 12 INCHES (305 MM)
 HORIZONTALLY AND VERTICALLY FROM THE POINT OF CHEMICAL
 APPLICATION.
  
 4) PROVIDE THE OUTDOOR AIR CALCULATIONS FOR THE ENTIRE
 TENANT SPACE FOR EACH USE OF SPACE. USE THE OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION FROM TABLE 403.3.1.1 FOR THE OCCUPANCY
 USE OF EACH SPACE.
  
 5) THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM APPEARS TO NOW BE FOR THE
 PUBLIC. SHOW THAT THE BATHROOM EXHAUST FAN WILL MEET
 THE EXHAUST REQUIREMENTS FROM TABLE 403.3.1.1
  
 6) THE NEW O/A GRILL APPEARS TO BE COMING FROM THE A/C
 CLOSET. HOW IS THIS OUTDOOR AIR BEING CONDITIONED?
 TYPICALLY, THE OUTDOOR AIR IS BROUGHT INTO THE RETURN
 AIR DUCT AT THE MECHANICAL SYSTEM FROM THE EXTERIOR OF
 THE BUILDING. SHOW THE DUCT SIZE ON THE DRAWING FOR THE
 OUTDOOR AIR. FBC 107.3.5
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM.
