 PER HISTORIC PRESERVATION DECISION LETTER, "THE
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SHALL NOT HAVE AN OVEN OR RANGE AND
 CANNOT BE CONSIDERED A FULLY SEPARATE UNIT DUE TO LOT
 WIDTH AND OVERALL SF OF REAR BUILDING." PLEASE REVISE
 PLANS TO REMOVE OVEN/RANGE.
  
 ADDITIONALLY, THE VALUE OF CONSTRUCTION EXCEEDS 50% OF
 THE IMPROVEMENT VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE AS DETERMINED BY
 THE PBC PROPERTY APPRAISER, THEREFORE A SEPERATE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR
 ZONING APPROVAL TO MOVE FORWARD. PLEASE APPLY FOR A
 SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IN ORDER FOR ZONING APPROVAL
