 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION NOR THE TITLE BLOCK INDICATE
 A TENANT ADDRESS. IF THIS IS THE TENANT ADDRESS THEN
 WHAT IS THE BUILDING ADDRESS MULTI-STORY BUILDING YOUR
 PLAN SHOWS AN ELEVATOR.
 2020 FBC-B 501.2 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
  
 2) SHEET A1.2 OCCUPANT LOAD CALCULATIONS STATE 24
 OCCUPANTS 1 EXIT REQUIRED. PLEASE READ THE LIFE SAFETY
 NOTE 11 STATING SIGN AT ENTRY TO READ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
 SHALL BE 72 PEOPLE.
 PLEASE REVIEW THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE TABLE 1006.2.1
 SPACES WITH ONE EXIT OR EXIT ACCESS DOORWAY THE MAXIMUM
 OCCUPANT LOAD IS 49.
  
 3) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
 HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR
