 PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED TO BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL):
  
 A)ROOF TILE. NOA 18-0509.17 SUBMITTED EXPIRED ON
 04/26/22. NEED CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL.
 ALSO, CLEARLY MARK ADHESIVE PADDY SIZE TO BE USED AS
 REQUIRED BY CITY POLICY FOR ALL ROOFING PERMITS TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC
 R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: ROOF TILE ADHESIVE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS
 FOR TILE BOND. ACCORDING TO ROOF TILE NOA THE MINIMUM
 ATTACHMENT RESISTANCE USING TILE BOND ADHESIVE IS
 31.3FT-LBF. ACCORDING TO FRSA MANUAL THE MINIMUM
 REQUIRED UPLIFT MOMENT FOR TILE AT HIS HOUSE IS MORE
 THAN 31.3FT-LBF. NEED TO SPECIFY OTHER TILE ADHESIVE
 THAT MEETS OR EXCEEDS THE MINIMUM REQUIRED UPLIFT
 MOMENT FOR TILE. OR PROVIDE CALCULATIONS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH TILE BOND ADHESIVE.
  
 NOTE; THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT ROOF TILE NOA'S
 SUBMITTED. CLARIFY WHICH ONE IS GOING TO BE USED TO
 AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 B)ROOF TILE ADHESIVE. TILE BOND NOA 16-0222.01
 SUBMITTED EXPIRED ON 08/23/21. NEED CURRENT PRODUCT
 APPROVAL. ALSO, COORDINATE WITH ROOF TILE COMMENT
 ABOVE.
  
 C)ROOF TILE HIP & RIDGE METAL SUPPORT TO BE USED.
  
 D)TERRACE UNDERLAYMENT THAT IS DESIGNED TO BE INSTALLED
 WITH FINISH FLOOR SPECIFIED ON PLANS. DESIGNER OF
 RECORD TO PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR FINISH FLOORING.
 NOTE: CLEARLY IDENTIFY SPECIFIC ASSEMBLY TO BE
 INSTALLED AND RAS 117 CALCULATIONS MAY BE REQUIRED IF
 SELECTED ASSEMBLY DOESN'T MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR
 ALL ZONES.
  
 2-- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
