 1) SHEET 1: UNDER PLUMBING NOTES PLEASE LIST THE
 APPLICABLE CODES FOR THE PROJECT- SEC. 107.2.1 WPB.
  
 2) SHEETS 1 & 2: FAIR HOUSING ACT COMPLIANCE. THE
 CONDOMINIUMS AT 101 N. CLEMATIS- THE LOFT WERE DESIGNED
 AND CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FAIR HOUSING ACT
 DESIGN GUIDELINES, THEREFORE THE PROPOSED ALTERATIONS
 SHALL ALSO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE GUIDELINES. THE
 FAIR HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES ARE INCLUDED IN
 THE FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE- 2020 7TH EDITION AND
 THE FAIR HOUSING DESIGN ACT MANUAL. PLEASE INCLUDE THE
 FAIR HOUSING COMPLIANCE INFORMATION IN THE APPLICABLE
 CODE LIST. REFER TO PAGE 7-8 OF THE MANUAL FOR
 COMPLIANCES APPLICABLE TO THE LOFT UNITS.
  
 3) SHEET 2: REFER TO PAGES 7.34- 7.38 FHDA MANUAL
 INDICATE ON THE PLANS WHICH OF THE TWO BATHROOM TYPES
 IS THE BASIS OF DESIGN- SPECIFICATION TYPE A OR B ON
 THE PLANS. IT APPEARS THAT THE MAIN BATHROOM IS BEING
 DESIGNED AS A TYPE B WHICH WILL PROVIDE A HIGHER LEVEL
 OF ACCESSIBILITY. PLEASE PROVIDE AN ENLARGED FLOOR PLAN
 DRAWING OF THE BATHROOM WITH THE FHDA DETAILS:
 PAGES 7.40-7.46 WATER CLOSET CLEAR FLOOR SPACE DIAGRAM
 AND DIMENSIONS.
 PAGES 7.47- 7.52: LAVATORY AND VANITY CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 DIAGRAM AND DIMENSIONS.
 PAGES 7.56- 7.59: SHOWER CLEAR FLOOR SPACE DIAGRAM AND
 DIMENSIONS AND CONTROL LOCATIONS INCLUDING SHOWER
 DIMENSIONS.
 PAGE 7.37: A 30X48-INCH CLEAR FLOOR DIAGRAM OUTSIDE THE
 SWING OF THE DOOR.
 PAGE 3.5: A 32-INCH CLEAR DOOR OPENING.
 PAGE 4.3: ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE BATHROOM.
  
 4) SHEET 2: PROVIDE FHDA COMPLIANCE DETAILS FOR THE
 POWDER ROOM:
 PAGE 3.5: A 32-INCH CLEAR DOOR OPENING.
 PAGE 4.3: ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE ROOM.
  
 5) SHEET 2: REFER TO FHDA MANUAL PAGES 7.1- 7.6 AND
 SHOW THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACES FOR SINKS AND APPLIANCES.
  
 6) SHEET 2: REFER TO FDHA MANUAL PAGES 6.12- 6.13 AND
 PROVIDE SHOWER GRAB BAR REINFORCEMENT DETAILS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE: AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO MEETING THE
 GUIDELINES FOR THE PROPOSED ALTERATIONS TO UNITS 411,
 412, AND 413, THE OWNER AND DESIGNER OF RECORD MAY
 PROVIDE A SIGNED AND NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT WHICH WOULD
 INDICATE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THE PROPOSED DESIGN DOES
 NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FAIR HOUSING
 ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES, BUT WILL ALSO REQUIRE THE
 OWNER TO AGREE TO REVERT THE UNIT BACK TO COMPLIANCE AT
 TIME OF SALE IF REQUESTED BY THE BUYER. IF THIS OPTION
 IS CHOSEN, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO [email protected] AND I
 WILL SEND A COPY OF THE FAIR HOUSING AFFIDAVIT.
  
 7) SHEET 2: PROVIDE AN EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE NEW

 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
