 ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON PLANS. ONLY THE VALUE
 WAS DECREASED AND THE SCOPE OF WORK REMAINED THE SAME.
 AT THIS POINT THE VALUE DECLARED IN THE ORIGINAL PERMIT
 APPLICATION WILL REMAIN. SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
