 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
  
 1) GROUND FLOOR AND MEZZANINE PARKING - PLEASE SHOW
 PARKING GARAGE OPEN OR CLOSED AND PROVIDE THE
 CALCULATIONS (EACH TIER) FOR THE OPEN GARAGE FBC
 406.5.2 OPENINGS.
 FOR NATURAL VENTILATION PURPOSES, THE EXTERIOR SIDE OF
 THE STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE UNIFORMLY DISTRIBUTED OPENINGS
 ON TWO OR MORE SIDES. THE AREA OF SUCH OPENINGS IN
 EXTERIOR WALLS ON A TIER SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 20
 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL PERIMETER WALL AREA OF EACH TIER.
 THE AGGREGATE LENGTH OF THE OPENINGS CONSIDERED TO BE
 PROVIDING NATURAL VENTILATION SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 40
 PERCENT OF THE PERIMETER OF THE TIER. INTERIOR WALLS
 SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 20 PERCENT OPEN WITH UNIFORMLY
 DISTRIBUTED OPENINGS.
  
 2) BUILDING SOUTH ELEVATION - PLEASE SHOW THE ALLOWABLE
 EXTERIOR WALL OPENING PROTECTION CALCULATIONS (EACH
 STORY) ( SOLID WALLS VS DOOR, LOUVERS, OPEN AREAS AT
 GARAGE AND WINDOWS ETC.) PER FBC 705.8.1 ALLOWABLE AREA
 OF OPENINGS.
 THE MAXIMUM AREA OF UNPROTECTED AND PROTECTED OPENINGS
 PERMITTED IN AN EXTERIOR WALL IN ANY STORY OF A
 BUILDING SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PERCENTAGES SPECIFIED IN
 TABLE 705.8.

 5) DRAWING LS.20.1 - DETAIL 2 - SHOULD SAY EAST TO
 WEST.
  
 6) PLEASE SHOW THE PASSENGER LOADING LOCATIONS PER FBC
 ACCESSIBILITY 209.2.1 PASSENGER LOADING ZONES.
 PASSENGER LOADING ZONES, EXCEPT THOSE REQUIRED TO
 COMPLY WITH 209.2.2 AND 209.2.3, SHALL PROVIDE AT LEAST
 ONE PASSENGER LOADING ZONE COMPLYING WITH 503 IN EVERY
 CONTINUOUS 100 LINEAR FEET (30 M) OF LOADING ZONE
 SPACE, OR FRACTION THEREOF. FBC A 503.2 VEHICLE PULL-UP
 SPACE.
 PASSENGER LOADING ZONES SHALL PROVIDE A VEHICULAR
 PULL-UP SPACE 96 INCHES (2440 MM) WIDE MINIMUM AND 20
 FEET (6100 MM) LONG MINIMUM.
