 IS CONSISTENT. MOVE POLES TO PLANTING AREAS IF THAT IS
 THE DESIGN LOCATION FOR THE BANYAN STREETSCAPE.

 2. LIGHT POLES ALONG OLIVE AVENUE SHALL BE MOVED TOTHE
 PLANTING AREA, ALIGN WITH THE TREE PLACEMNT.
 3.PLEASE PROVIDE PHOTOMETRICS FOR THE GROUND FLOOR TO
 CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIRED 0.6 FOOTCANDLES ABOVE
 ONE FOOT AT THE CURB.
 4. FURTHER DISCUSSION IS NEEDED FOR THE MATERIALS
 PROPOSED ALONG THE SIDEWALK. PROJECT SHALL FIT IN THE
 LARGER DESIGN OF BANYAN BOULEVARD AND OLIVE AVENUE.
 5. PLEASE CONFIRM THE PROPOSED LIGHTING FOR THE GARAGE
 MEETS THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL CONDITION. PLEASE PROVIDE
 DETAILS FOR THE PROPOSED FIXTURES.
 6. PROPOSED STRUCTURE OVER ALLEY REQUIRES A RIGHT OR
 WAY AERIAL EASEMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DETAILS.
 MINIMUM CLEARANCE FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT AND UTLITIES IS
 REQUIRED. PLEASE COORDINATE WITH BOTH DEPARTMENT AND
 THE ENGINEERIGN DEPARTMENT.
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE MECHANICAL
 SCREENING ON THE ROOF TOP. PROPOSED SCREENING IS 10"
 ABOVE THE MAXIMUM 20' PERMITTED FOR MECHANICAL. IF THE
 ELEMENT IS DESIGNED ABOVE A SIMPLE MECHANICAL AND
 BECOMES AN ARCHITECTURAL FEATURE IT CAN BE A MAXIMUM
 30' ABOVE THE 152' MAXIMUM ALLOWED.
 8. ALL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR THE SITE PLAN, DAC
 AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD ARE APPLICABLE. PLEASE
 CONFIRM COMPLIANCE.
