 2. THE COMBINED WIDTH OF THE TWO DRIVEWAYS ONTHE
 PROPERTY CANNOT EXCEED 20 FT AT THE POINT WHICH THE
 DRIVEWAY OPENING ADJOINS THE APRON
 3. THE LANDSCAPE AND HARDSCAPE PLANS HAVE BEEN LOCKED
 OUT AS THESE ARE COVERED UNDER SEPERATE PERMITS
