 WORK IS WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND NOT ON PRIVATE
 PROPERTY.

 IS DONE WITHIN CITY RIGHTS-OF-WAY OR CITY-OWNED
 PROPERTY. SHOW 3RD STREET IN SURVEY.

 RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT FROM THE CITY'S ENGINEERING

 OF THE PROPOSED BIKESHARE SIGNAGE/DISPLAY PANEL, FOR
 WHICH THE ELECTRIC IS FOR. ORDINANCE 4978-21 SPECIFIES
 THAT THE MAXIMUM DIMENSION OF THE DISPLAY STRUCTURE IS:
 42.5IN. W X 60.5IN. H

 SECOND TIME TO ALLOW FOR ALTERED SIGN DIMENSIONS,

 EXHIBIT 4.4 WITH RESUBMITTED DOCUMENTS. MAKE SURE
 ENGINEERING SHEET CS-2 MATCHES THE AD PANEL HOUSING
