 LINES, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED. PLEASE MOVE FENCE TO BE
 WITHIN THE PROPERTY LOT LINES

 AND 4 FEET WITHIN THE FRONT SETBACK TO THE EAST.
 PROPOSED FRENCE IN THE FRONT SETBACK ON THE WEST SIDE
 DOES NOT STATE IT WILL BE 4 FEET, WHICH MAKES STAFF
 ASSUME IT IS BEING PROPOSED 6 FEET HIGH THEREFORE:
  
 FENCE EXCEEDS MAXIMUM HEIGHT ALLOWABLE. PURSUANT TO THE
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, SECTION 94-302(B)(1):
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT. IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, NO FENCE OR
 WALL SHALL EXCEED SIX FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN REQUIRED
 SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS. FENCES OR WALLS SHALL NOT BE IN
 EXCESS OF 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT
 SETBACK.
  
 PROVISO: NO FENCE, WALL, OR GATE THAT EXCEEDS 4 FEET IN
 HEIGHT SHALL BE PERMITTED WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT
 SETBACK OF 25 FEET.
  
 TREE RELOCATION PERMIT IS NEEDED TO RELOCATE TREES
 NOTED ON SITE PLAN, IF NOT ALREADY APPLIED FOR ONE.
