 (57) OCCUPANTS OF THE OCCUPANT LOAD FROM TENANT SPACE 5
 IS ALSO EXITING THROUGH TENANT SPACE 6 THE WAY THE EXIT
 DIRECTIONAL LIGHTS ARE POSITIONED AND DOOR SWING. 2010
 FBC-B SECTION 1006.2.1 & TABLE 1006.2.1.
  
 1B) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET DOES NOT PROVIDE DIMENSIONS
 FOR EITHER PORTION OF CORRIDOR # 17. SHEET A1-01
 DIMENSIONS FROM THE EXTERIOR WALL TO THE INSIDE (TENANT
 SIDE) OF THE CORRIDOR WALL TO DETERMINE CODE COMPLIANCE
 FOR SIZING MEANS OF EGRESS. 2010 FBC-BUILDING SECTIONS
 1005.3.1 & 1005.3.2.
  
 1C) THE CORRIDOR # 17 SERVES AS THE MEANS OF EGRESS AS
 SHOWN FOR TENANT 4 (1/2 OF OCC. LOAD), TENANT 5 (1/2 OF
 OCCUPANT LOAD) ALL OF TENANT 6 NEEDS TO CHANGE AND ALL
 OF TENANT 7, PROVIDE THE TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD AND
 REQUIRED SIZING FOR THE CORRIDOR WIDTH AND STAIR WIDTH.
 PLEASE BE AWARE THE PROPOSED PLAN NOW SHOWS ONLY TENANT
 5 AS AN A-2 OCCUPANCY. IF TENANTS 4,5, & 6 ALL CHANGE
 TO AN A2 OCCUPANCY THE EXITING FOR THIS PORTION OF THE
 BUILDING WILL DRASTICALLY CHANGE!!!!!
  
 1D) DEPENDING ON THE ABOVE CALCULATIONS THE DOUBLE
 DOORS 03-B & 05-C MAY NEED TO BE RECESSED BACK INTO THE
 TENANT SPACE TO NOT ENCROACH INTO THE MEANS OF EGRESS
 SEE SECTION 1005.7.1 OF THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE.
  
 1E) SINCE TENANT 6 ALL OF THE OCCUPANT LOAD NOW ENTERS
 INTO THE CORRIDOR 17, AND 2 MEANS OF EGRESS OVER 1/3RD
 THE OVERALL DIAGONAL DISTANCE OF THE TENANT SPACE AND
 THEY DO NOT CONVERGE ANOTHER MEANS OF EGRESS IS
 REQUIRED (1007.1.1). THE DOORS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE
 PAGE WILL NEED TO SWING IN THE DIRECTION OF EGRESS
 TRAVEL 1010.1.2.1 DIRECTION OF SWING, 2020
 FBC-BUILDING.
  
 1F) COMMON DOORS BETWEEN TENANT # 6 AND TENANT # 5,
 DOORS, 03-A, 04-A, 04-B, 05-A 05-B WILL NEED TO SWING
 IN THE DIRECTION OF EGRESS TRAVEL AND WILL NEED TO BE
 RECESSED INTO THE TENANT SPACE TO MAINTAIN THE 44 INCH
 EGRESS PATH AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN. CURRENTLY THE EGRESS
 PATH OF 44 INCHES DOES NOT NEED TO BE INCREASED, 44/
 0.2=220 OCCUPANTS.
  
 1G) WEST SIDE OF TENANT SPACE DOOR 04-C WOULD ALSO NEED
 TO BE REVERSED TO SWING IN THE DIRECTION OF EGRESS
 TRAVEL AND MAY NEED TO BE RECESSED DEPENDING ON THE
 CALCULATIONS FROM COMMENT 1C. 1010.1.2.1 DIRECTION OF
 SWING, 2020 FBC-BUILDING.
  
 1H) THERE ARE CONCERNS WITH THE OCCUPANT LOADS GOING
 THROUGH DOORS 02-A & 02-B THE NEW OCCUPANT LOAD THAT
 WILL BE GOING THROUGH THESE DOORS AS THE PLANS ARE
 PROPOSED NOW WITH ONLY ONE A2 ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY TENANT
 SPACE 5. IF TENANT 4 & 6 BECOME AN A2 OCCUPANCY THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD QUADRUPLES, THE TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD FOR
 SPACES 4, 5, 6 ALONE WOULD BE 881 OCCUPANTS REQUIRING A
 3RD EXIT AND THE CORRIDOR 17 WOULD NOT BE WIDE ENOUGH,
 PLEASE BE AWARE OF ISSUE ISSUES!!!!
  
 1I) PLEASE UPDATE THE OCCUPANT LOADS THAT WILL BE
 EXITING THE BUILDING WITH THE REQUIRED CHANGES WHERE
 TENANT 6, 5 & 4 WILL BE HAVING ? OF THERE OCCUPANT LOAD
 GOING DOWN THE STAIRS.
 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 1J) THE PROPOSED LIFE SAFETY SHEET NOR A1-01 SHOW WHERE
 A GREASE TRAP IS TO BE LOCATED FOR THE FUTURE KITCHEN.
 WHEN SPEAKING WITH MR. GATHRIGHT ASST. B. O. WHEN FIRST
 MEETINGS WITH THE DESIGN TEAM IT WAS ANNOUNCED THE
 GREASE TRAP COULD NOT BE LOCATED IN THE CORRIDOR 17.
 1003.4 FLOOR SURFACE.
  
 2) LIFE SAFETY PLAN, A1-01, A0-01 ALL SHOW THE TRASH
 TERMINATION ROOM AND ACCESS ROOM FOR TRASH DISPOSAL.
 NONE OF THE PLANS SHOW THE TRASH TERMINATION ROOM AND
 ACCESS ROOM WITH FIRE RATED WALLS SEPARATING THE
 CORRIDOR 17 FROM THE TRASH TERMINATION ROOM IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH 713.4 ONE HOUR ENCLOSURE WITH OPENING
 PROTECTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH TABLE 716.5.
  
 3) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
 HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR
