 FOR THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC TO CROSS PRIVATE PROPERTY,
 IT MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN A GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT.
 THE SURVEY DOES NOT SHOW AN EASEMENT AT THIS LOCATION.
 IF THERE IS AN EASEMENT, IT MUST BE SHOWN ON THE SURVEY
 AND THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC MUST CLEARLY BE SHOWN IN
 THE EASEMENT. IF NO EASEMENT IS PRESENT, THE
 UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC MUST COME FROM AN ALTERNATIVE
