 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE SURVEY SHOWS THE POWER POLE THAT
 WILL SUPPLY THE UNDERGROUND POWER ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
 AND REQUIRING A CROSSING OF THE PRIVATE PROPERTY TO
 REACH THE HANDHOLE AT STA 0+00. IN ORDER FOR THE
 UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC TO CROSS PRIVATE PROPERTY, IT MUST
 BE LOCATED WITHIN A GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT. THE
 SURVEY DOES NOT SHOW AN EASEMENT AT THIS LOCATION. IF
 THERE IS AN EASEMENT, IT MUST BE SHOWN ON THE SURVEY
 AND THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC MUST CLEARLY BE SHOWN IN
 THE EASEMENT. IF NO EASEMENT IS PRESENT, THE
 UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC MUST COME FROM AN ALTERNATIVE
 LOCATION.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: SHEET E201 DOES NOT SHOW A POLE THAT
 MEETS THE CITY'S STEALTH REQUIREMENTS. THE ORIGINAL
 SUBMITTAL SHOWED A COMPLIANT POLE DESIGN. SHEETS A201
 AND A502 SHOW A COMPLIANT POLE. ALL PLANS MUST SHOW
 CITY COMPLIANT POLES.
  
 3) THE POLE HEIGHT AND STYLE (SUBJECT TO THE CORRECTION
 OF SHEET E201) MEET CITY REQUIREMENTS. THE POLE COLOR
 AT THIS LOCATION IS CORRECTLY SHOWN AS RAL/RAYCAP 7042
