 1) THE SURVEY SHOWS THE POWER POLE THAT WILL SUPPLY THE
 UNDERGROUND POWER ON PRIVATE PROPERTY AND REQUIRING A
 CROSSING OF THE PRIVATE PROPERTY TO REACH THE HANDHOLE
 AT STA 0+00. IN ORDER FOR THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC TO
 CROSS PRIVATE PROPERTY, IT MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN A
 GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT. THE SURVEY DOES NOT SHOW AN
 EASEMENT AT THIS LOCATION. IF THERE IS AN EASEMENT, IT
 MUST BE SHOWN ON THE SURVEY AND THE UNDERGROUND
 ELECTRIC MUST CLEARLY BE SHOWN IN THE EASEMENT. IF NO
 EASEMENT IS PRESENT, THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC MUST COME
 FROM AN ALTERNATIVE LOCATION.
  
 2) THE UPDATED SURVEY SHOWS THE FULL LENGTH OF THE
 POWER ROUTE, TO INCLUDE THE HANDHOLES AND BORE PITS, IS
 LOCATED WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, HOWEVER, THE LOCATION
 OF THE GAS LINE AT STA 0+00 IS NOT SHOWN AT THE SAME
 LOCATION ON THE SURVEY AND SHEET E101. BASED ON THE
 SURVEY, THERE IS A DIRECT CONFLICT WITH THE HANDHOLE
 AND ITS EXCAVATION AND THE GAS LINE. YOU NEED TO
 PROVIDE VERIFICATION FROM FPU THAT THEY DO NOT OBJECT
 TO THE PROPOSED INSTALLATION LOCATION OF YOUR
 FACILITES.
  
 3) THE LAT/LON FOR THE POLE ON THE SURVEY AND SITE PLAN
 IS SHOWN AS THE HANDHOLE LOCATION ON THE POWER ROUTE
 PLAN. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS ARE LABELED
 CORRECTLY.
  
 4) THE NEWLY UPLOADED SHEET E201 DOES NOT SHOW A POLE
 THAT MEETS THE CITY'S STEALTH REQUIREMENTS. THE
 ORIGINAL SUBMITTAL SHOWED A COMPLIANT POLE DESIGN.
 SHEETS A201 AND A502 SHOW A COMPLIANT POLE.
  
 5) THE POLE HEIGHT AND STYLE (SUBJECT TO THE CORRECTION
 OF SHEET E201) MEET CITY REQUIREMENTS. THE POLE COLOR
 AT THIS LOCATION IS CORRECTLY SHOWN AS RAL/RAYCAP 7042
 TRAFFIC GREY A.
