 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) THE ENGINEERING CHART SHOWS THE WIND PRESSURES TAKEN
 AS A B EXPOSURE. PLEASE NOTE TO THE NORTHEAST THE LAKE
 IS OVER 5, 000 FEET THE ONLY THING THAT KEEPS THIS FROM
 A D EXPOSURE IS THE SAME VECTOR THAT PUTS THE WATER AT
 OVER 5 000 FEET, THE LAND PORTION IS ALSO OVER 600 FEET
 MAKING THIS A C EXPOSURE, HIGHER PRESSURES AND HEIGHT
 MODIFIERS WILL OCCUR. 2020 FBC-BUILDING 1609.4.3.
 EXPOSURE CATEGORIES, EXPOSURE D.
 EXPOSURE D SHALL APPLY WHERE THE GROUND SURFACE
 ROUGHNESS, AS DEFINED BY SURFACE ROUGHNESS D, PREVAILS
 IN THE UPWARD DIRECTION FOR A DISTANCE OF AT LEAST
 5,000 FEET OR 20 TIMES THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING,
 WHICHEVER IS GREATER. EXPOSURE SHALL ALSO APPLY WHERE
 THE GROUND SURFACE ROUGHNESS IMMEDIATELY UPWIND OF THE
 SITE IS B OR C , AND THE SITE IS WITHIN A DISTANCE OF
 600 FEET OR 20 TIMES THE BUILDING HEIGHT, WHICHEVER IS
 GREATER, FROM AN EXPOSURE D CONDITION AS DEFINED IN THE
 PREVIOUS SENTENCE.
  
 2) CONTRACTOR FLOOR PLANS SUBMITTED. CERTIFICATION BY
 CONTRACTOR. 107.3.4.3. THE CONTRACTOR (QUALIFIER) THAT
 CREATED / DREW THE SET OF PLANS AND OR SCHEDULES WILL
 NEED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS THE AUTHOR OF THE PLANS.
 PLEASE PRINT YOUR NAME, SIGN YOUR NAME AND LICENSE
 NUMBER FOR THE TRADE YOU ARE LICENSED IN AND PLANS AND
 OR SCHEDULES DRAWN.
  
 3) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
 HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR
