 1) PROVIDE A RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN A YEAR OLD,
 PREPARED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED SURVEYOR, WHICH SHOWS
 ALL EASEMENTS AND DIMENSIONS WHERE THE FENCE AND GATES
 ARE PROPOSED.
  
 2) THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER SITE DOES
 NOT SHOW THE PARADISE COVE AT PALM BEACH LAKES
 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OWNING THE PROPERTY TO THE
 WATER. THE ASSOCIATION MAY NOT INSTALL A FENCE ON
 PROPERTY THAT THEY DO NOT OWN.
  
 3) PARADISE COVE IS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT. THE
 INSTALLATION OF FENCES AND GATES ON THE PROPERTY IS A
 CHANGE TO THE SITE PLAN AND MUST BE APPROVED A MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL
 OF THIS PERMIT. THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT
 APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 4) STAFF IS UNABLE TO DETERMINE FENCE AND GATE LAYOUT
 AT THE BRANDYWINE ROAD ENTRANCE. PROVIDE A DIMENSIONED
 PLAN AT A LEGIBLE SCALE THAT CLEARLY SHOWS WHERE THE
 FENCE AND GATE ARE PROPOSED.
  
 5) THE EASEMENT RELEASE FROM THE CITY WATER UTILITY WAS
 NOT PROVIDED. DEPENDING ON THE SURVEY, ADDITIONAL
 EASEMENT RELEASES MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 6) THE FENCE DETAILS MUST CLEARLY SHOW WHAT IS
 PROPOSED, INCLUDING THE HEIGHT. NO GATES ARE SHOWN.
  
 7) NO ELECTRIC PLANS WERE PROVIDED FOR THE GATES AT
 BRANDYWINE ROAD.
