 1) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE SIGN CRITERIA MEASURES SIGNAGE
 ALLOWANCE AS FOLLOWS - ONE SQUARE FOOT OF SIGNAGE FOR
 EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE LINEAR FEET OF STORE FRONTAGE SO STAFF CAN VERIFY
 THE PERMITTED SIGN SIZE.
  
 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE SIGN CRITERIA DOES NOT PERMIT
 ARCADE IDENTITY SIGNS TO EXCEED 50% OF THE AVAILABLE
 STOREFRONT AREA. THIS WILL BE VERIFIED WHEN THE LINEAR
 FRONTAGE IS PROVIDED.
  
 3) THE FULL DIMENSION OF THE SIGN IS NOT PROVIDED ON
 THE PLANS. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ROSEMARY SQUARE
 TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRES THAT THE SIGN AREA IS
 CALCULATED USING THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OF THE SIGN. THE
 SIGN DIMENSION NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED FROM THE BOTTOM OF
 THE "A" TO THE TOP OF THE HIGHEST LETTER.
  
 4) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT ALL CONDUIT, CROSSOVERS, WIRING, ETC., NECESSARY
 FOR THE SIGN'S ELECTRICAL CONNECTION TO BE CONCEALED
 AND NOT VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC. YOU MUST PROVIDE DETAILS
 THAT CLEARLY VERIFY THAT THE ELECTRICAL FEED AND ANY
 OTHER REQUIRED ELECTRICAL MEETS THIS REQUIREMENT.
 NOTATION STATING "BY OTHERS" IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
