 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1A) SHEET A-1 STATES REMOVE ALL EXISTING FLOORING AND
 REPLACE WITH NEW FLOORING THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE UNIT.
 PLEASE INDICATE THE FINISH FLOOR MATERIAL FOR EACH OF
 THE ROOMS. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO
 INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 1B) PLEASE NOTE ON THE PLANS IF THIS UNIT IS ON THE 1ST
 FLOOR. R-2 UNITS THAT ARE ON THE FIRST FLOOR DO NOT
 REQUIRE SOUND UNDERLAYMENT SINCE THERE IS GROUND
 BENEATH THE CONCRETE SLAB. 105.2 WORK EXEMPT FROM
 PERMIT.
  
 2) COVERSHEET OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION IS LISTED AS A
 R-3 A SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A R-2
 OCCUPANCY, CONDOMINIUM SEE SECTION 310.4 OF THE 2020
 FBC-BUILDING CODE.
  
 3) CODES IN AFFECT PLEASE ELIMINATE THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE-RESIDENTIAL CODE THIS PROJECT IS NOT A
 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING. 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE SECTION
 310.4.

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
