 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THERE IS CONFUSION WITH THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN
 THE COMPLETED BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION FORM. THE
 SCOPE OF WORK SPECIFIES "INSTALL MONUMENT SIGN @
 ELECTRICAL CHANGING STATION WITH SOLAR CANOPY,"
 HOWEVER, THE PLANS AND DESCRIPTION (I.E. INFORMATION
 IMPLIES THAT THIS IS A FENCE PERMIT) DO NOT MATCH.
 PLEASE REVISE AND ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 2.) CLEARLY SHOW IN THE SITE PLAN THE ACTUAL LOCATION
 OF THE PROPOSED FENCE LINE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 PROPOSED FENCE MUST MATCH THE APPROVED SITE PLAN.
  
 3.) THE HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED FENCE DOES NOT MATCH
 WHAT HAD BEEN APPROVED BY DMP FSPR 21-02.
  
 4.) AS SPECIFIED IN AN EMAIL SENT TO JOSHUA BALDRIDGE,
 CONSTRUCTION MANGER AT NEXTERA ENERGY RESOURCES, ON
 5/25/2022, INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR THE FENCE PERMIT
 WAS SPECIFIED IN THE EMAIL, INCLUDING (BUILDING PERMIT
 PLAN PACKET DOES NOT COMPLY):
  
 4.1) DETAIL OF THE PROPOSED FENCE MUST BE PROVIDED IN
 THE PLANS AND MUST SPECIFY THAT IT WILL BE VINYL COATED
 CLF (IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 FENCE AND MESH IN THE PERMIT).
  
 4.2) THE FENCE HEIGHT (AND ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION)
 MUST BE PROVIDED IN THE DETAIL AND MUST ALSO MATCH THE
 APPROVED PLANS.
