 ROOFING SYSTEMS - ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED TO BE
 REVIEWED AND MARKED APPROVED BY THE BUILDING ADDITION
 DESIGNER OF RECORD FBC WPB 107.3.4
  
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE REQUIRED SMOKE
 DETECTORS THROUGH OUT THE HOUSE PER FBC R314.2.2
 ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS AND ADDITIONS.
 WHERE ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR ADDITIONS REQUIRING A
 PERMIT OCCUR, OR WHERE ONE OR MORE SLEEPING ROOMS ARE
 ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING DWELLINGS, THE INDIVIDUAL
 DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH SMOKE ALARMS
 LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS. R314.3 LOCATION.
 SMOKE ALARMS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN THE FOLLOWING
 LOCATIONS:
 1.IN EACH SLEEPING ROOM.
 2.OUTSIDE EACH SEPARATE SLEEPING AREA IN THE IMMEDIATE
 VICINITY OF THE BEDROOMS.
  
 3) DRAWING S-1 AND THE WIND DESIGN CALCULATIONS SHOW
 WIND DESIGN CRITERIA AS WIND SPEED 160 MPH, RISK
 CATEGORY I - SHOULD BE - 170 MPH, RISK CATEGORY II
 USING ASCE 7-16 PER FBC WPB SECTION 120
  
 4) DRAWING A-3 GENERAL NOTES SHOW CODE VERSION 2017 -

 DRAIN TO THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY) - FBC WPB 107.2.5 SITE
 PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WITH THE
 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SITE
 PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF NEW
 CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES
 AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED GRADES, DEPICTING THE
 PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD
 AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT
 SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND
 INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY. (PLEASE PROVIDE CUT
