 MARSHAL, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1) THERE ARE INDICATIONS OF PROVIDING FOR 2-WAY
 COMMUNICATIONS IN "AREAS OF REFUGE".
  
 AREAS OF REFUGE DOES NOT AAPPEAR TO BE REQUIRED WITHIN
 THIS OCCUPANCY DUE TO THE INSTALLATION OF A FIRE
 SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
  
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE HAS AN EXEMPTION DUE TO FIRE
 SPRINKLER INSTALLTION AND OTHER FEATURES OF THE EIT
 ACCESS.
  
 THE FLORIDA LIFE SAFETY CODE REFERENCES AREAS OF REFUGE
 FOR ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF EGRESS. ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF
 EGRESS IS NOT APPLICABLE DUE TO THE BUILDING CODE
 EXEMPTION.
  
 FOR CLARIFICATIONS AND FOR THE OFFICIAL RECORD, PLEASE
 PROVIDE A DETAILED NARRATIVE OF REVIEW OF THE BUILDING
 CODE AND IF THE INTENT IS TO INSTALL THIS 2-WAY SYSTEM
 AS A REQUEST AND NOT A REQUIREMENT.
  
 SHOULD THE REVIEW FIND IT IS NOT REQUIRED AND YOU WISH
 TO WITHDRAWL THIS PERMIT, PLEASE PROVIDE THE APPLICABLE
 WRITTEN RESPONSE.
  
  
 1A) IF THE INTENT IS TO PROVIDE THIS 2-WAY SYSTEM EVEN
 IF EXEMPTED BY THE BUILDING CODE, PLEASE MOVE THE
 COMMUNICATION METHOD OUT OF THE INDICATED POSTION BY
 THE ELEVLATORS TO WITHIN THE EXIT STAIRWELL AT THE
 LANDING.
  
  
 1B) THERE IS NO COMMAND CENTER/ROOM FOR THIS APRTMENT
 OCCUPANCY, SO PLEASE PROVIDE THE PROPOSED 24 HOUR
 EMERGECY CENTRAL CONTROL POINT. IT CAN NOT BE TO 911.
  
  
  
 1C) THE 2-WAY CALL BOX DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE REQUIRED
 ON THE 1ST FLOOR WHERE ACCESSIBLE EGRESS IS AVAILABLE
 WITHOUT RESTRICTION.
  
 PLEASE REVIEW AND CORRECT OR JUSTIFY WITH CODE
 REFERENCES.
  
  
 2) WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE PLAN SHEET
 REVISION CLOUDS OR NUMBERED NARRATIVE RESPONSES TO THE
 ABOVE.
  
  
 3) ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE PROVIDED ON THE
