 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) ALL PERMIT PLANS SHALL EXACTLY MATCH THE PLANS
 APPROVED BY ORDINANCE NO. 4967-21/CONDITIONAL SITE PLAN
 APPROVAL LETTER ISSUED BY PLANNING STAFF ON 11/19/2021.
 ANY DEVIATION TO THE PLANS (I.E. SITE PLAN, LANDSCAPE
 PLAN, ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS (FLOOR PLANS AND
 ELEVATIONS), UNIT SIZE, ETC.) WILL REQUIRE AN AMENDMENT
 TO THE PARK CENTRAL RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 (RPD). MINOR DEVIATIONS (I.E. UNIT SIZE, FLOOR PLANS,
 PROPOSED FENCING LOCATION, HOW DOES THE PROPOSED
 SMALLER BUILDING FOOTPRINT IMPACT BUILDING SETBACKS,
 ETC.) HAVE BEEN DETECTED IN THE PERMIT PLANS THAT DO
 NOT MATCH THE APPROVED SITE PLAN. PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
 2.) COMPLETE OVERALL SITE PLAN AND ASSOCIATED PLAN
 NOTES SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE SITE PLAN. PLAN NOTES
 HAVE BEEN CUT OFF FROM THE SITE PLAN PROVIDED IN THE
 BUILDING PERMIT SET.
  
 3.) PLANS SHOW THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT LOCATED WITHIN
 THE GARAGE. PLEASE CLARIFY/CORRECT. ALSO THERE SEEMS TO
 BE A/C CONDENSER UNITS ON THE ROOFTOP FOR EACH UNIT;
 WHAT TYPE OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED ON THE
 FIRST LEVEL?
  
 4.) SINCE EACH UNIT IS BEING PROVIDED AS A SEPARATE
 PERMIT, A SURVEY OF EACH LOT IS REQUIRED AS PART OF THE
 PERMIT SUBMISSION.
  
 5.) ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED
 WITH THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL. ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS ARE
 REQUIRED AS PART OF THE PERMIT PACKET.
  
 NOTES:
  
 * CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, PER ORDINANCE NO. MUST BE
 SATISFIED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY (C.O.) FOR THIS PROJECT. PLEASE ENSURE ALL
 CONDITIONS ARE MET IN A TIMELY MANNER. SUPPORTING
 DOCUMENTATION WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENSURE ALL CONDITIONS
 HAVE BEEN MET.
  
 * SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED: SITE LIGHTING (INCLUDE
 PHOTOMETRICS), PLUNGE POOL (UNIT 14), LANDSCAPING, ETC.
  
 * ANY REVISIONS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
