 AMENDMENT
  
 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) PLEASE SHOW THE EMERGENCY EGRESS FROM THE 2ND FLOOR
 BEDROOMS THAT LEAD DIRECTLY TO A PUBLIC WAY - FBC
 R310.1 EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENING REQUIRED.
 BASEMENTS, HABITABLE ATTICS AND EVERY SLEEPING ROOM
 SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN ONE OPERABLE EMERGENCY ESCAPE
 AND RESCUE OPENING. WHERE BASEMENTS CONTAIN ONE OR MORE
 SLEEPING ROOMS, AN EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENING
 SHALL BE REQUIRED IN EACH SLEEPING ROOM. EMERGENCY
 ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS SHALL OPEN DIRECTLY INTO A
 PUBLIC WAY, OR TO A YARD OR COURT THAT OPENS TO A
 PUBLIC WAY.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE OVERHEAD
 GARAGE DOOR - THE GARAGE DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL SHOWN ON
 THE DRAWINGS ALLOWS FOR BOTTOM VENTS OF 120 SQUARE
 INCHES MAX. - CUTTING HOLES IN THE GARAGE DOOR FOR
 FLOOD VENTS WILL VOID THE PRODUCT APPROVAL - PLEASE
 PROVIDE DETAILS FROM A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL TO INSTALL
 FLOOD VENTS IN THE OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR BEYOND THE 120
 SQUARE INCHES ALLOWED BY THE PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 3) FLOOD VENTS SHOULD BE PLACED IN OPPOSITE SIDES OF
 THE BUILDING - PLEASE SHOW FLOOD VENTS IN THE SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING WHERE POSSIBLE FBC R322.2.2.1
  
 4) PLEASE SHOW THE REQUIRED WIND DESIGN PRESSURE FOR
 THE WINDOW AND DOOR OPENINGS FBC R301.2.1
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE THE ADDITIONAL ROOF SYSTEM ATTACHMENT
 DETAILS FROM A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FOR WIND ZONES 2 AND
 3 AS NOTED ON THE ROOF SYSTEM PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 6) PLEASE SHOW THE "PLUNGE POOL" BARRIER FROM THE
 RESIDENCE PER FBC R4502.17.1
  
 7) PLEASE PROVIDE AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE MARKED
 "CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS" FBC WPB 107.3.5.3
  
 8) PLEASE SHOW EQUIPMENT ELEVATION IN THE GARAGE OR
 OUTSIDE THE BUILDING FBC R322.1.6 PROTECTION OF
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS.
 ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, EQUIPMENT AND COMPONENTS; HEATING,
 VENTILATING, AIR CONDITIONING; PLUMBING APPLIANCES AND
 PLUMBING FIXTURES; DUCT SYSTEMS; AND OTHER SERVICE
 EQUIPMENT SHALL BE LOCATED AT OR ABOVE THE ELEVATION
 REQUIRED IN SECTION R322.2 OR R322.3.
  
 9) THE WALLS SEPARATING THE TOWNHOUSES CANNOT HAVE
 OPENINGS BELOW THE 2ND FLOOR IN THE COURT YARD AREA -
 FBC R302.2.1 CONTINUITY.
 THE FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED WALL OR ASSEMBLY SEPARATING
 TOWNHOUSES SHALL BE CONTINUOUS FROM THE FOUNDATION TO
 THE UNDERSIDE OF THE ROOF SHEATHING, DECK OR SLAB. THE
 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING SHALL EXTEND THE FULL LENGTH OF
 THE WALL OR ASSEMBLY, INCLUDING WALL EXTENSIONS THROUGH
 AND SEPARATING ATTACHED ENCLOSED ACCESSORY STRUCTURES.
  
 10) DRAWING S2 SHOWS A CUT SECTION (9/S6) AND (10/S6)
 WHICH SHOWS THE FLOOR SHEATHING RUNNING CONTINOUS
 THROUGH THE COMMON 2 HR RATED WALL FBC R302.2.1
 CONTINUITY.
 THE FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED WALL OR ASSEMBLY SEPARATING
 TOWNHOUSES SHALL BE CONTINUOUS FROM THE FOUNDATION TO
