 BUILDING A PRE-FIRM BUILDING. THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
 PROPERTY APPRAISERS OFFICE (2021 TAX YEAR) LIST THE
 TOTAL MARKET VALUE OF $506,387.00 DOLLARS, LAND AT
 $174,168.00 DOLLARS AND IMPROVEMENT VALUE OF $332,210
 DOLLARS OF VALUE. THE DOLLAR AMOUNT FOR THIS PERMIT
 VALUE IS $500,000.00 DOLLARS IN VALUE MAKING THIS A
 SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT.

 (2) ONCE THE FIRST-FLOOR SLAB IS POURED THE 2ND

 FLOOR/ SLAB INSPECTION. IN FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, UPON
 PLACEMENT OF THE LOWEST FLOOR, INCLUDING BASEMENT, AND
 PRIOR TO FURTHER VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION, THE ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATION, REQUIRED IN SECTION 1612.5, SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 (3) BEFORE THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
