 A MAXIMUM SETBACK OF 2 ' 9". UPON RESUBMITAL, PLEASE
 ENSURE THAT THE SIDE SETBACK FOR THE ENTIRE DRIVEWAY IS
 SETBACK AT LEAST 3 FEET FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 ADDITIONALLY, CODE REQUIRES THAT THE LESSER OF 1,000
 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL
 BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS
 GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES).
 PLEASE CONFIRM THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE PROPOSED
 IMPROVEMENTS DOES NOT EXCEED THIS REQUIREMENT AND
 PROVIDE MEASUREMENTS.
