 INSTALLATION OF THE BOAT LIFT IS OK EVENTHOUGH THE DOCK
 IS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE MIDDLE 1/3, AS THE BOAT LIFT

 THAT IS NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE MIDDLE ONE-THIRD OF THE
 LOT WHICH IS REQUIRED PER SEC. 94-313(A.)(3.) OF THE
 CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS).
 A CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT REQUESTING A WAIVER FROM
 THE MIDDLE ONE-THIRD WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE LOCATION
 OF THE BOAT SLIP. PLEASE NOTE THAT A CLASS A SPECIAL
 USE PERMIT REQUIRED APPROVAL FROM THE CITY COMMISSION.
