 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) NEITHER THE PERMIT APPLICATION NOR FLOOR PLAN STATE
 WHAT THE FLOOR FINISH WILL BE IN THE 2 BATHROOMS NOR
 THE FLOOR NOTES ON SHEET A-2/ 12.
 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.
 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN
 THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF
 MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY
 WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE
 SPECIFIC TO THE TECHNICAL CODES.
  
 2) THE DEMO FLOOR PLAN IN THE MASTER BATH STATES TO
 REMOVE SECTION OF CURVED SOFFIT ABOVE, THE FLOOR PLAN
 IS SILENT AS TO HOW TO REFRAME THE DROPPED CEILING OR
 DOES THE CEILING GO ALL THE WAY TO THE CONCRETE FLOOR
 DECK ABOVE. IF NEW FRAMING IS INVOLVED, PROVIDE THE
 SIZE AND SPACING OF THE CEILING FRAMING MEMBERS, SPAN,
 IF BRACED, OR STIFF BACK AT MID-SPAN AND TYPE OF
 CEILING FINISH MATERIAL AND THICKNESS. 2020 WEST PALM
 BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER
 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.
 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN
