 SPACE, ADA SPACES SHALL BE 18'X12' WITH ADJACENT 5'
 AISLE. PARKING STALL DIMENSIONS CAN BE REDUCED TO
 CITY-STANDARD IN ORDER TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER SPACE.
 - PLEASE PROVIDE PARKING LOT DRIVE AISLE DIMENSION,
 APPEARS LARGER THAN REQUIRED. CITY STANDARD IS 24' OF
 SPACE TO ALLOW FOR VEHICULAR MOBILITY, EXISTING ASPHALT
 LOT APPEARS GREATER THAN 24', CAN BE REDUCED TO CITY
 STANDARD IN ORDER TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER SPACE.
  
 5. REQUIRED 5' LANDSCAPE BUFFER ON EAST SIDE OF
 PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED, SITE PLAN SHOWS PROPOSED

 WIDTH OF THE DRIVEWAY.
 - REQUIRED DEPTH OF PAVER SECTION NEEDS ONLY TO INCLUDE
 UP UNTIL THE DEPTH OF THE FIRST PARKING SPACE. TOTAL
 DEPTH OF PAVERS IS APPROXIMATELY 23? (5? BUFFER + 18?
 PARKING DEPTH)
 DO NOT NEED TO DO ENTIRE LENGTH OF ASPHALT UNLESS
 DESIRED.
  
 8. PLEASE CLEARLY INDICATE THE PROPERTY LINE WITHIN THE
 SITE PLAN.
