 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) PROVIDE A CLEAR SCOPE OF WORK FOR PLUMBING ON THE
 PLAN. THE APPLICATION INDICATES REPLACEMENT OF THE
 SHOWER HOWEVER IT APPEARS OTHER PLUMBING WORK MAY BE
 PROPOSED. IDENTIFY THE LOCATION OF THE NEW SHOWER AND
 INDICATE ALL COMPONENTS TO BE REPLACED- PAN, VALVE,
 FAUCET, WALL AND FLOOR TILE AND SUBSTRATES. CLARIFY IF
 THE EXISTING DRAIN LOCATION WILL BE REUSED OR
 RELOCATED- SEC. 107.2.1 WPB. THE PLUMBING CONTRACTOR OF
 RECORD SHALL PROVIDE HIS PRINTED NAME, LICENSE NUMBER,
 AND SIGNATURE ON ALL PLUMBING PLANS HE/SHE DRAWS- SEC.
 107.2.1 WPB.
  
 2) FAIR HOUSING DESIGN ACT COMPLIANCE.
 WPB BUILDING DEPT. RECORDS INDICATE THE RESIDENTIAL
 UNITS AT THE EDGE CONDOMINIUMS 300 S AUSTRALIAN AVE.
 WERE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 FAIR HOUSING DESIGN ACT. PLEASE NOTE THAT REPLACEMENT
 OF FIXTURES SHALL BE EXACT SAME REPLACEMENTS IN SAME
 LOCATIONS WITH THE SAME CLEARANCES AND MOUNTING HEIGHTS
 AS THE ORIGINALS. ANY ALTERATIONS WILL REQUIRE A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL TO SUBMIT DRAWINGS AND DETAILS IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE FAIR HOUSING ACT GUIDELINES
 CONTAINED IN THE FBC ACC AND/OR THE FAIR HOUSING DESIGN
 ACT MANUAL- SEC. 107.2.1 WPB.
  
 PLEASE NOTE: AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO MEETING THE
 GUIDELINES FOR THE BATH ALTERATIONS, THE OWNER AND
 DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE PROPOSED PROJECT MAY PROVIDE
 A SIGNED AND NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT WHICH WOULD INDICATE
 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THE PROPOSED DESIGN DOES NOT MEET
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY
 GUIDELINES, BUT WILL ALSO REQUIRE THE OWNER TO AGREE TO
 REVERT THE UNIT BACK TO COMPLIANCE AT TIME OF SALE IF
 REQUESTED BY THE BUYER. IF THIS OPTION IS CHOSEN,
 PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO [email protected] AND I WILL SEND A
 COPY OF THE FAIR HOUSING AFFIDAVIT.
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
