 THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE, THENCE DIAGONALLY TO A POINT
 ALONG THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE 20 FEET FROM THE POINT OF
 BEGINNING, AND THENCE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. IN THE
 EVENT THE CORNER OF AN INTERSECTION IS ROUNDED, THE
 MEASUREMENT SHALL BEGIN AT THE POINT THE PROPERTY LINES
