 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE SHEET C-2 THE SITE PLAN & C3 ENLARGED SITE PLAN:
 1A) 2ND REQUEST. PLEASE NOTE THE SAME PLAN CAN BE USED
 BUT A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR STRIPING OF THE
 PARKING LOT. ALSO NOTE COMMENT 1B-1D WILL BE REVIEWED
 UNDER THE STRIPING PERMIT. FEES WILL NEED TO BE
 ADJUSTED SO SOME OF THE FUNDS GO TOWARDS THE EXTERIOR
 SITE WORK. PLEASE NOTE IF NO NEW PLANS ARE SUBMITTED
 FOR THE SITE WORK THEN THE CORRECTIONS WILL NEED TO
 SHOWN UNDER THE MASTER PERMIT/ REVISION. IF THE
 EXTERIOR SITE WORK IS TO BE SHOWN UNDER THIS REVISION,
 ON BOTH THE REVISION SHEET AND C1 COVER SHEET THE
 PROJECT DESCRIPTION WILL ALSO NEED TO BE UPDATED.
 CURRENTLY THE SCOPE OF WORK STATES INTERIOR BUILD-OUT
 OF EXISTING OPEN SPACE STRUCTURE, (PREVIOUSLY USE AS
 OFFICES).

 THE STRIPING OF THE PARKING LOT AND REQUIRED ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES AND ACCESS AISLES. 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES. 208.3. LOCATION.
 PARKING SPACES COMPLYING WITH 502 THAT SERVE A
 PARTICULAR BUILDING OR FACILITY SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 SHORTEST ACCESSIBLE ROUTE FROM PARKING TO AN ENTRANCE
 COMPLYING WITH 206.4.
  
 1B) 2ND REQUEST, SHOW THE ELEVATIONS AT THE CORNERS OF
 THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE AND ACCESS AISLE ( SHOW
 ELEVATION MARKERS) TO SEE IF THEY COMPLY WITH THE 2020
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 502.4 ACCESS AISLE & PARKING
 SPACE SAME LEVEL/ 502.4, FLOOR AND GROUND SURFACES.
 PARKING SPACES AND THE ACCESS AISLES SERVING THEM SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 302. ACCESS AISLES SHALL BE AT THE SAME

 THERE IS NO DETAIL OF THE TRANSITION FROM THE SIDEWALK
 TO THE ACCESS AISLE SHOWING A DROPPED CURB.
 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 406.5. LOCATION.
 CURB RAMPS AND THE FLARED SIDES OF THE CURB RAMPS SHALL
 NOT BE LOCATED SO THAT THEY DO NOT PROJECT INTO
 VEHICULAR TRAFFIC LANES, PARKING SPACES, OR PARKING
 ACCESS AISLES. CURB RAMPS AT MARKED CROSSINGS SHALL BE
 WHOLLY CONTAINS WITHIN THE MARKINGS, EXCLUDING FLARED
 SIDES. ALSO SEE FIGURE 406.4. LANDINGS AT THE TOP OF
 CURB RAMPS.
  
 1D) 2ND REQUEST. PLEASE SHOW HOW A CRUSHED AND
 COMPACTED SURFACE MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF 302 AND THE
 ADVISORY. THE ONLY TIME THIS HAS BEEN ALLOWED IS FOR
 TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS.
 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE, ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES
 MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF 302.1 GROUND AND FLOOR
 SURFACES SHALL BE STABLE, FIRM, AND SLIP RESISTANT AND
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 302.
 ADVISORY 302.1. A STABLE SURFACE IS ONE THAT REMAINS
 UNCHANGED BY CONTAMINANTS OR APPLIED FORCES SO THAT
 WHEN THE CONTAMINANT OR FORCE IS REMOVED, THE SURFACE
 RETURNS TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.

 2) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET LS1:
 2A) SEMI-COMPLIED. SHEET LS1 & A8. THE REVISION NOW
 SHOWS COMPLIANCE FOR WHEELCHAIR ENTRY WITH SEAT BUT THE
 WATERCLOSET DOES NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIRED
 SIDE GRAB BAR ACCESS. CODE 604.5.1.

 UNISEX ACCESSIBLE BATHROOM (SHOWER). THE SHOWER IS
 DEPICTED AS A 3X3 FOOT MODULAR PAN SHOWER. ON THE RIGHT
 SIDE OF THE SHOWER ENTRY IS AN EXTERIOR WALL. ON THE
 LEFT SIDE OF THE SHOWER THERE IS A WALL THAT PROJECTS
 OUT PAST THE SHOWER APPROXIMATELY 1 FOOT. THE 3 X3 FOOT
 SHOWER IS CONSIDERED A TRANSFER TYPE SHOWER SEE 608.2.1
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE AND REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL ONE-FOOT
 CLEARANCE BEYOND THE SHOWER OPENING TO BE ABLE TO
 TRANSFER FROM A WHEELCHAIR WHEN PARALLEL WITH THE FRONT

 DOES NOT SHOW HOW THE ADDITIONAL GRAVITY LOADS PLUS
