 TO OUR ATTENTION BY THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THE CONDO
 ASSOCIATION THAT THE RELOCATED DRAIN PIPE FOR THE
 KITCHEN SINK IS A WASTE STACK VENT WHICH RISES
 VERTICALLY THROUGH THE KITCHEN WALL IN THE GENERAL
 VICINITY OF THE KITCHEN SINK. PLEASE NOTE THAT WASTE
 STACK VENTS SHALL NOT BE OFFSET VERTICALLY OR
 HORIZONTALLY PER FBC PL 913.2 AND AS SUCH SHALL REMAIN
 IN THE ORIGINAL LOCATION. PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, MAKE
 CORRECTION TO DRAWING AS NEEDED AND RESUBMIT.
  
 2.REVISED P-801; SANITARY RISER DIAGRAMS ARE
 INCOMPLETE. FLOOR PENETRATIONS ARE SHOWN; HOWEVER,
 THERE IS NO DRAINAGE OR VENTING SHOWN. PER WPB FBC
 107.2.1, CORRECT AND RESUBMIT.
  
 3.REGARDING THE NEWLY PROVIDED SHOWER
 THRESHOLD/LINER/WALL DETAIL, PER WPB FBC 107.2.1,
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AS WAS
 PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED.
 ***A) DETAIL SHALL INCLUDE ALL COMPONENTS OF FBC PL
 421.5.2 AS FOLLOWS:
 LINERS SHALL TURN UP ON ALL SIDES NOT LESS THAN 2
 INCHES ABOVE THE FINISHED THRESHOLD LEVEL
 LINERS SHALL BE RECESSED AND FASTENED TO AN APPROVED
 BACKING
 LINERS SHALL NOT BE NAILED OR PERFORATED AT ANY POINT
 LESS THAN 1 INCH ABOVE THE FINISHED THRESHOLD
 LINERS SHALL BE PITCHED ONE-FOURTH UNIT VERTICAL IN 12
 UNITS HORIZONTAL (2-PERCENT SLOPE) AND SHALL BE SLOPED
 TOWARD THE FIXTURE DRAIN
 LINERS SHALL BE SECURELY FASTENED TO THE WASTE OUTLET
 AT THE SEEPAGE ENTRANCE, MAKING A WATER-TIGHT JOINT
 BETWEEN THE LINER AND THE OUTLET

 LAID ON, AND SUPPORTED BY, A SMOOTH AND STRUCTURALLY
 SOUND BASE.

 ABOVE THE ROOM FLOOR LEVEL, AND NOT LESS THAN 70 INCHES
 ABOVE THE DRAIN OF THE SHOWER.
