 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS FOR THE PROVIDED
 SHADE TREES, FLOWERING TREES AND SHRUBS FOR THE SITE
 BASED ON 40% OPEN SPACE PER SECTION 94-442(C)(2)B.
 PROVIDE SHADE TREES WHERE POSSIBLE. SHADE TREE
 DEFINITION IS REACHING AT LEAST 25 FOOT DIMETER CANOPY
 AT MATURITY.
  
 2. SATISFIED. SECTION 94-443(C)(3) REQUIRES THAT A
 MINIMUM OF 75 PERCENT OF ALL TREES THAT ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE PLANTED WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF AN OFF STREET PARKING
 AREA SHALL BE CATEGORY 1 SHADE TREES. SHOW THE
 PERCENTAGE OF CATEGORY 1 TREES PROVIDED FOR THE
 REQUIRED LANDSCAPE AREAS AS REQUIRED BY SECTION
 94-443(C)(3) FOR TERMINAL ISLANDS. SHADE TREE
 DEFINITION IS REACHING AT LEAST 25 FOOT DIMETER CANOPY
 AT MATURITY.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PROVIDE A TREE DISPOSITION PLAN.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
