 ACQUIRE PROPER PERMITS FROM THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT TO
 DETERMINE WHETHER THE UNIT IN THE REAR CAN BE USED IN
 SUCH MANNER. IF THE BACK UNIT IS DEEMED HABITABLE BY
 THE BUILDING AND PLANNING DEPARTMENT, APPLY FOR AND
 PASS THE INSPECTION FOR THE RENTAL LICENSE AND
 CERTIFICATE OF USE, SCHEDULE REQUIRED INSPECTIONS.
