 PERMIT - CITY RIGHTS-OF-WAY (21100162) MUST BE APPROVED
 PRIOR TO THIS PERMIT BEING APPROVED. THE PLANS INCLUDED
 WITH THIS ELECTRICAL PERMIT MUST MATCH THE PLANS
 APPROVED WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED PERMIT. SOME OF THE
 COMMENTS BELOW ARE INCLUDED ON THE PLACEMENT PERMIT
 REVIEW AS WELL AS WITH THIS PERMIT.***
  
 1. PROPOSED UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC CONNECTS TO POLE THAT
 IS OUTSIDE OF ROW AND RUNS THROUGH PRIVATE PROPERTY,
 REQUIRES A UTILITY EASEMENT, OWNER?S CONSENT, OR
 REROUTE THROUGH THE PUBLIC ROW.
 - CONDUIT IS IN ROW BUT THE POLE/POWER SOURCE IT PULLS
 FROM APPEARS TO BE OUTSIDE OF THE ROW AND ON PRIVATE
 PROPERTY, PER THE SURVEY PROVIDED.
  
 2. SHEET 03 ? PLAN VIEW ? ON THE ENLARGED PLAN VIEW, IT
 SHOWS THE HANDHOLE/BORE DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO THE TREE
 GRATES ALONG TAMARIND. THESE LANDSCAPED AREAS FEATURE
 SILVA CELLS AND STRUCTURAL SOIL AROUND THE TREES, THIS
 REQUIRES AN 8FT. BUFFER FROM THE TRUNK OF THE TREE, IN
 ORDER TO AVOID ANY IMPACT TO THE ROOT SYSTEM OR
 STRUCTURAL SUPPORT OF THE LANDSCAPING.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE THE NECESSARY PUBLIC/PRIVATE UTILITY
 LETTERS GRANTING APPROVAL OF THE BORE PITS, HANDHOLES,
 AND UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL FOR THE PROPOSED POLE
 LOCATION.
  
 4. POLE LOCATION, HEIGHT, AND STEALTH DESIGN MEETS CITY
