 SOUTH OF THE CAFE OPEN SPACE OR THE STORAGE SHALL BE
 COUNTED AS PART OF THE GBA.
 2. PLEASE CLARIFY ENCLOSURE PROPOSED FOR THE SERVICE
 CORRIDOR IT NEEDS TO BE GENERALLY OPEN TOWARDS THE
 GARAGE AND NOT UNDER AC AS IT IS NOT COUNTED AS PART OF
 THE GBA.
 3. A TRENCH DRAIN IS PROPOSED ON THE DRIVEWAY ON
 BANYAN. SUCH DRAIN IS WITHIN THE SIDEWALK/PEDESTRIAN
 PATH OF TRAVEL. PLEASE EXPLORE THE POSSIBILITY OF
 MOVING THE DRAIN TO THE EDGE OF BUILDING. A SIMILAR
 SITUATION IS HAPPENING WITH THE PROPOSED TRENCH DRAIN
 AT THE EAST END OF THE ALLEY. PLEASE MOVE IT WEST OF
 THE 301 CLEMATIS FA?ADE BUILDING SO IT IS OUTSIDE THE
 PEDESTRIAN PATH OF TRAVEL.
 4. FACADE OF CAFE AREA IS SUBSTANTIALLY DIFFERENT THAN
 DAC APPROVAL. TO REDUCE THE CHANGES PLEASE RESTORE THE
 ORIGINAL FEATURE METAL BATTENS, WOODGRAIN FINISH
 ORIGINALLY PROPOSED FOR THE BACK WALL OF THE OUTDOOR
 SEATING.
 5. PARKING ON GROUND LEVEL SHALL BE STRIPED ACCORDING
 TO CITY STANDARD. TANDEM PARKING IS PERMITTED IF VALET
 OPERATION IS OFFERED.
 6. PLEASE CONFIRM NO EXPOSED PIPES UNDER THE GARAGE
 SLABS WILL BE VISIBLE FROM THE STREET.
 7. RETRACTABLE EN-FOLD AWNING SYSTEM OVER ALLEY WILL
 REQUIRE AN AERIAL EASEMENT FROM THE CITY.
 8. MECHANICAL LOUVERS SHALL BE PAINTED THE SAME COLOR
 THAN THE ADJACENT FA?ADE WALL.
 9. PLEASE DIMENSION THE PARKING SPACES TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM DIMENSIONS, AND CONFIRM
 STRIPING IS PROPERLY DONE FOR ALL SPACES (CHECK
 STRIPING FOR SPACE 187, 159, 220, 219, 251, 263)
 10. PLEASE PROVIDE SPECS FOR THE BIKE RACKS ALONG THE
 BUILDING FRONTAGE AND THE RACKS INSIDE THE PARKING
 GARAGE.
 11. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR
 APPROVAL.
 12. A SEPARATE ELECTRIC PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR
 THE DECORATIVE LIGHTING ALONG THE ROW. DECORATIVE
 LIGHTING SHALL MATCH THE DOWNTOWN STANDARD.
