 DIMENSIONED FLOOR PLANS. THI IS NEEDED TO CHECK SUCH

 EXIT ACCESS STAIRWAYS FBC 403.5.1 & 1007.1, ETC.
  
 3) THE DISTANCE TO THE PROPERTY LINE AT THE WEST
 ELEVATION APPEARS TO BE RATHER TIGHT. PROVIDE
 CALCULATIONS TO SHOWN THAT THE PERCENTAGES OF ALLOWABLE
 OPENINGS PER STORY ON THE WEST WALLS COMPLY WITH FBC
 705.8.1 & TABLE 705.8.
  
 4) PROVIDE A LIFE SAFETY PLAN. FBC CHAPTER 10

 AND THE TOP TERMINAL LANDING EXCEEDS 25 FEET TO BE
 CONSTRUCTED TO CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE PASSENGER ELEVATOR
 THAT IS OPERATIONAL FOR BUILDING OCCUPANTS AND FIRE
 DEPARTMENT ACCESS TO ALL FLOORS. THE ELEVATOR CAR SHALL
 BE OF A SIZE AND ARRANGEMENT TO ACCOMMODATE AN
 AMBULANCE STRETCHER 24 INCHES BY 76 INCHES WITH NOT
 LESS THAN 5-INCH RADIUS CORNERS, IN THE HORIZONTAL,
 OPEN POSITION AND SHALL BE IDENTIFIED BY THE
 INTERNATIONAL SYMBOL FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
 (STAR OF LIFE).
  
 7) SHOW THAT THE FIRE SERVICE ELEVATOR LOBBY COMPLIES
 WITH FBC 3007.6.4 LOBBY SIZE. REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER
 OF FIRE SERVICE ACCESS ELEVATORS SERVED BY THE SAME
 ELEVATOR LOBBY, THE ENCLOSED FIRE SERVICE ACCESS
 ELEVATOR LOBBY SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 150 SQUARE FEET
 (14 M2) IN AN AREA WITH A DIMENSION OF NOT LESS THAN 8
 FEET (2440 MM). SEE SHEET A6.1.2 (PG. 157) AND OTHER
 SHEETS.
  
 8) SHOW COMPLIANCE. 403.6.1 FIRE SERVICE ACCESS
 ELEVATOR. IN BUILDINGS WITH AN OCCUPIED FLOOR MORE THAN
 120 FEET (36 576 MM), MEASURED FROM THE ELEVATION OF
 STREET-LEVEL ACCESS TO THE LEVEL OF THE HIGHEST
 OCCUPIABLE FLOOR, NO FEWER THAN TWO FIRE SERVICE ACCESS
 ELEVATORS SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 3007. ALL REMAINING ELEVATORS, IF ANY, SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH PHASE I AND II EMERGENCY OPERATION. EACH
 FIRE SERVICE ACCESS ELEVATOR SHALL HAVE A CAPACITY OF
 NOT LESS THAN 3,500 POUNDS (1588 KG).
  
 9) PROVIDE A SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM OF THE FIRE SPRINKLERS.

 10) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT
 ROOFING MATERIALS, WINDOW (GLASS TYPES), STRUCTURAL
 MULLIONS, EXTERIOR WALL VENTS AND EXTERIOR DOOR TYPES.
 THESE ITEMS CAN BE DEFERRED IF REQUESTED, HOWEVER, THE
 DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BY THE
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE THEY CAN BE INSTALLED.
  
 11) FBC AMENDMENTS 107.3.4.1 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR
 THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE
 DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT
 SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE
 TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A
 SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL
 HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 SHALL LIST THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 SHALL LIST THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 12) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 2304.12 FOR TERMITE
 PROTECTION.
  
 13) VERIFY THE REQUIRED VERTICAL CLEARANCE OF 98 INCHES
 FOR THE VAN PARKING SPACE, ACCESS AISLE AND VEHICULAR
 ROUTE SERVING IT AS REQUIRED BY FBC ACCESSIBILITY
 SECTION 502.5. THERE HAVE BEEN ISSUES WITH EQUIPMENT OR
 SYSTEMS INSTALLED BELOW THE REQUIRED 98" IN THESE AREAS
 OF PARKING GARAGES. PLEASE PROVIDE NOTES ON THE
 DRAWINGS TO HELP AVOID THIS ISSUE.
  
 14 ) THE VALUATION FOR THIS BUILDING HAS BEEN
 DETERMINED TO BE $43,968,715.77 BASED ON THE CURRENT
 ICC BUILDING VALUATION DATA. THE FOUNDATION AND
 SUPERSTRUCTURE PERMIT VALUATION WILL BE 80 PERCENT OF
 THAT TOTAL OR $35,174,972.61. THE REMAINDER WILL BE
 USED FOR THE VALUATION OF THE INTERIOR BUILD-OUT OF THE
 BUILDING. THE FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 15) SEPARATE PERMITS, REVIEWS AND FEES ARE REQUIRED FOR
 SOME ITEMS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE VALUE FOR
 THIS PROJECT. ITEMS SUCH AS FIRE ALARM, FIRE SPRINKLER,
 LOW VOLTAGE, LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION AND ALL ITEMS
 OTHER THAN BUILDING, MECHANICAL, ELECTRIC AND PLUMBING.
 WHEN APPLYING FOR THE PERMIT TO COMPLETE THE BUILDING,
 PROVIDE A COST BREAKDOWN SO THAT WE CAN DEDUCT THESE
 ITEMS FROM THE PERMIT VALUE SO THAT YOU WILL NOT BE
 CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME ITEM.
  
 16) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A
 RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
