 1. NO WALLS SHALL ENCLOSE THE STORAGE AREA LOCATED
 SOUTH OF THE CAFE OPEN SPACE OR THE STORAGE SHALL BE
 COUNTED AS PART OF THE GBA.
 2. PLEASE CLARIFY ENCLOSURE PROPOSED FOR THE SERVICE
 CORRIDOR.
 3. A TRENCH DRAIN IS PROPOSED ON THE DRIVEWAY. SUCH
 DRAIN IS WITHIN THE SIDEWALK/PEDESTRIAN PATH OF TRAVEL.
 MOVE DRAIN TO THE EDGE OF BUILDING OR TO THE END OF
 DRIVEWAY APRON.
 4. UPDATE PLANTING AREAS TO REFLECT SITE PLAN APPROVAL
 SET.
 5. PLEASE ALIGN THE PATH OF PEDESTRIAN TRAVEL FOR THE
 PROPERTY ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE PROJECT WITH YOURS.
 IDENTIFY IF THE PLANTING AREA ADJACENT TO THE NW STAIR
 IS ENCROACHING IN TO THE PATH OR NOT.
 6. FACADE OF CAFE AREA IS SUBSTANTIALLY DIFFERENT THAN
 DAC APPROVAL. PLEASE EXPLAIN CHANGES.
 7. PLEASE CLEARLY IDENTIFY THE NEW CANOPIES PROPOSED IN
 SEVERAL LOCATIONS. IF ENCROACH INTO THE ROW AN EASEMENT
 WILL BE REQUIRED.
