 BUILDING HEIGHT AND AREAS AND THE TYPES OF OCCUPANCY
 FOR THE BUILDING, FBC 503
  
 3) SUBMIT A MANAGEMENT OF TRAFFIC (MOT) PLAN ALONG WITH
 A SAFEGUARDS DURING CONSTRUCTION PLAN. PROVIDE A
 DRAWING THAT SHOWS THE LOCATION OF ALL FENCING,
 BARRIERS, GATES, BARRICADES, LOCATION OF TOWER CRANES,
 STAGING AREAS, ETC. SPECIFY WHAT METHODS WILL BE
 EMPLOYED TO PROTECT ADJACENT PROPERTIES DURING THE
 CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. FBC CHAPTER 33
  
 4) PROVIDE LIFE SAFETY PLANS. SHOW THE EXITS, THE
 SEPARATION DISTANCE OF THE EXITS, OCCUPANT LOADS, EXIT
 CAPACITY, TRAVEL DISTANCES, ETC. FBC CHAPTER 10
 THE LIFE SAFETY PLANS NEED TO SHOW THE FOLLOWING:
 A) NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS IN EACH AREA FBC 1004.1
 B) CUMULATIVE OCCUPANT LOADS FBC 1004.1.1
 C) EXIT SEPARATION DISTANCE FBC 1015.2.1
 D) COMMON PATH OF EGRESS TRAVEL DISTANCE FBC 1014.3
 E) EXIT ACCESS TRAVEL DISTANCE FBC 1016.3
 F) CLEAR WIDTH OF THE EXIT OR EXIT ACCESS DOORS FBC
 1008.1.1
 G) CAPACITY OF EGRESS DOORS, OCCUPANT LOAD SERVED AND
 MEANS OF EGRESS FACTOR FBC1005.3.2
 H) DISTRIBUTION OF EGRESS CAPACITY FBC1005.5
  
 5) THE VALUATION FOR THIS FOUNDATION PERMIT IS LISTED
 AS $12,087,000.00. BECAUSE THIS PERMIT IS ONLY FOR THE
 BUILDINGS FOUNDATION, I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE COST IS
 FOR JUST THE SCOPE OF WORK THAT WILL BE COVERED BY THIS
 FOUNDATION PERMIT, SO THAT I CAN ADJUST THE PERMIT
 VALUATION ACCORDINGLY. I WILL VERIFY THE BUILDINGS
 TOTAL VALUE WHEN YOU PROVIDE THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION
 AND AREAS OF EACH OCCUPANCY TYPE FOR THE BUILDING. A
 MORE DETAILED COST BREAK OUT ESTIMATE WILL BE REQUIRED
 FOR THE VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION PERMIT DUE TO SOME ITEMS
 THAT REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS. FBC AMENDMENTS 109
 SEPARATE PERMITS (APPLICATIONS, PLANS, AND FEES) ARE
 REQUIRED FOR:
 LIGHT POLES/SITE LIGHTING
 FIRE ALARM
 FIRE SPRINKLER
 LOW VOLTAGE
 ACCESS
 LANDSCAPING
 IRRIGATION
 PARKING LOT
 SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS
 GENERATORS
 ALL OTHER ITEMS OTHER THAN BMEP
  
 6) PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH
 OF THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
