 NOTE:
 BUILDING REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO. PROVISO
 MEANS CONTRACTOR WILL SUBMIT REQUIRED INFORMATION AFTER
 THE PERMIT IS ISSUED BUT BEFORE INSPECTIONS TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS. REVISION FEES MAY APPLY. CONTRACTOR

 1-LOT DRAINAGE: PROPOSED ADDITION (AND POOL) AFFECTS
 THE LOT DRAINAGE. PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING HOW THE
 SURFACE DRAINAGE IS KEPT WITHIN THE LOT AND NOT
 DIVERTED TO ADJACENT PROPERTIES. PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS: R401.3
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SEC. 107.2.5 CITY AMENDMENTS AND SEC.
 110.9 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: DRAINAGE PLAN TO SHOW THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 GRADE ELEVATIONS SHOWING HOW KEEPING WATER AWAY FROM
 ADJACENT PROPERTIES.

 A)EXTERIOR DOORS.
 B)WINDOWS.
 C)WINDOW MULLIONS (NOTE: NEED TO SPECIFY MULLION SIZE
 TO AVOID DELAYS/CONFLICTS).
 D)HURRICANE SHUTTERS IF DOORS AND WINDOWS DON'T HAVE
 IMPACT GLAZING. AND, PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE. SEE CITY SAMPLE.
 E)METAL ROOF.
 F)ROOFING UNDERLAYMENT SPECIFIED ON PLANS FOR METAL
 ROOFING.
 G)SLEEPING PORCH UNDERLAYMENT FOR CERAMIC TILE AS
 SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 3- WINDOW FALL PROTECTION SHALL BE PROVIDED ON SECOND
 FLOOR WINDOWS WHERE THE TOP OF THE WINDOW SILL OF AN
 OPERABLE WINDOW IS LOCATED LESS THAN 24" ABOVE THE
 FINISHED FLOOR . SEC. R312.2 FBC RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: CLEARLY INDICATE THE WINDOW SILL HEIGHT OF SECOND
 FLOOR WINDOWS AND SPECIFY TYPE OF WINDOW FALL
 PROTECTION IF REQUIRED.
  
 4- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 ALUMINUM TRELLIS CONSTRUCTION. SPECIFY ALL FRAMING
 MEMBERS AND CONNECTOR AT EACH END. SEC. R301.2.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5- DOORS AND WINDOWS DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON THE
 EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS DON'T MATCH DESIGN PRESSURES
 SPECIFIED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD ON SHEET S1. REVISE
 AS REQUIRED. SEC. R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: COORDINATE WITH ITEM #6 BELOW.
  
 6- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVISE END ZONE DIMENSION
 SPECIFIED UNDER WIND DESIGN CRITERIA ON SHEET S1. THE
 MINIMUM DIMENSION IS 4'-0" NOT 3'-0" AS REQUIRED BY
 NOTE "A" ON FIGURE R301.2(7) FBC-RESIDENTIAL. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 7- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 CONCRETE SLAB VAPOR BARRIER AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R506.2.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
