 2. SETBACKS: 25 FEET FROM FRONT LOT LINE, 5 FEET FROM
 THE SIDE LOT LINES,12.5 FEET IF ON CORNOR LOT AND A 5
 FEET MINIMUM FROM THE REAR PROPERTY LINE
  
 3.ACCESSORY STRUCTURES COVERED WITH A SOLID ROOF SHALL
 BE LOCATED NO CLOSER THAN SIX FEET TO THE PRINCIPAL
 STRUCTURE. ACCESSORY STRUCTURES LESS THAN SIX FEET FROM
 THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE MUST MEET THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE
