 PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR) SECTION 94-312(1)(C):
 A SINGLE DRIVEWAY WITH A WIDTH OF NO GREATER THAN 20
 FEET AT THE PROPERTY LINE OR WHERE THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINS
 THE APRON IF THE APRON IS NOT LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 A CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY PROVIDED THAT EACH DRIVEWAY OPENING
 SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN FEET IN WIDTH AT THE PROPERTY LINE
 OR WHERE THE DRIVEWAY OPENING ADJOINS THE APRON IF THE
 APRON IS NOT LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 FOR CIRCULAR DRIVEWAYS THE INTERIOR ARC MAY BE AN
 IRREGULAR SHAPE, BUT SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF
 FIVE FEET, AS DEPICTED IN FIGURE XV-1. THE INTERIOR ARC
 SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL.
  
 THE EXISITING DRIVEWAY WOULD HAVE TO BE REDUCED TO A 10
 FEET WIDE DRIVEWAY TO ALLOW FOR A CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY
  
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR REQUIRED PARKING
 MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF
 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA
 SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS
 GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES).
 PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE
 SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH, NONDUSTING SURFACE IN
 COMPLIANCE
