 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) FLOOR PLAN
 1A) 107.3.4.3 CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR. PLEASE NOTE
 THE EXCEPTION TO ENGINEERED PLANS UNDER 471.003(H)
 ELECTRICAL/ PLUMBING/ MECHANICAL, 481.229(1)(C)
 REQUIRES THE CONTRACTOR FOR THAT TRADE THAT WILL BE
 LICENSED IN THAT TRADE, WILL ALSO BE THE CONTRACTOR
 THAT DESIGNS THE SYSTEM UNDER THAT TRADE. THE
 CONTRACTOR (QUALIFIER) THAT CREATED / DREW THE SET OF
 PLANS WILL NEED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS THE AUTHOR OF
 THE PLANS. PLEASE PRINT YOUR NAME, SIGN YOUR NAME AND
 LICENSE NUMBER FOR THE TRADE YOU ARE LICENSED IN AND
 PLANS DRAWN.
 FOR EACH TRADE THE CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 DESIGN UNDER THE TRADE LICENSED IN MUST PRINT THEIR
 NAME, SIGN THEIR NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER, NOTE THESE
 PLANS APPEAR TO BE DRAWN BY ONE INDUVIAL, THEY WOULD
 HAVE TO BE LICENSED AS A BUILDING, ELECTRICAL AND
 PLUMBING CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT ALL THESE TRADES UNDER
 ONE SHEET.
  
 1B) THE FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE AN ADDRESS WHERE
 WORK IS TO OCCUR.
 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
  
 2020 FBC-B 501.2 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
  
 1C) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION INDICATES OFFICE ALTERATION AND A VALUE OF
 $4,000.00 DOLLARS. THE SUBMITTED FLOOR PLAN HAS VARIOUS
 LOCATIONS WITH REVISION 1 HIGHLIGHTED, PLEASE PROVIDE A
 SCOPE OF WORK/ NARRATIVE WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THIS
 PERMIT.

 A3.01 THESE PAGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SUBMITTED

 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING

 229 THERE ARE DASHED LINE BUT THERE IS WORDING OPEN
 WORK STATION. DOES THIS MEAN THE WALLS ARE BEING
 REMOVED AND A NEW WORK STATION IS BEING CREATED?
