 CLOSET AND TUB THAT ARE NOT VENTED CORRECTLY. A DOUBLE
 WYE IS A FITTING THAT WILL VENT BOTH FIXTURES WITHIN
 THE BATHROOM GROUPS SHALL CONNECT TO THE WET-VENTED
 HORIZONTAL BRANCH DRAIN. ANY ADDITIONAL FIXTURES SHALL
 DISCHARGE DOWNSTREAM OF THE HORIZONTAL WET VENT PER THE
 2020 FBC R3108.1 HORIZONTAL WET VENT PERMITTED.
  
 7. THESE ARE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLINGS, AND WATER USERS
 WILL BE REQUIRED TO INSTALL A BACKFLOW PREVENTION
 ASSEMBLY AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY. THE TYPE OF BACKFLOW
 ASSEMBLY REQUIRED WILL BE DEPENDENT UPON THE DEGREE OF
 HAZARD POSED BY THE WATER USER. A REDUCED PRESSURE ZONE
 BACKFLOW DEVICE WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE WATER METER PER
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM CROSS UTILITIES DEPARTMENT AND
 THEIR CONNECTION CONTROL PROGRAM. WOULD YOU PLEASE
 PROVIDE A NOTE ON PAGE A-1 THAT A BACKFLOW DEVICE IN
 THE FORM OF AN RPZ IS REQUIRED WITH A PERMIT BY A
 LICENSED CONTRACTOR PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC
 SEC.107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS?
  
 8. ON SHEET LS-2, THE PROPOSED VACUUM BREAKER IS A PVB,
 AND THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH CONSIDERS THIS A
 COMMERCIAL PROPERTY THAT WILL REQUIRE AN RPZ PER THE
 CROSS-CONNECTION PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF WPB CROSS
 CONNECTION PROGRAM. THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE
 A REDUCED PRESSURE ZONE VALVE PER THE DEGREE OF HAZARD
 DUE TO HIS BEING A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY PER THE 2020 FBC
